We begin with a comprehensive evaluation—either in-person or remote. This includes movement screening, health background, and a deep dive into your goals.

Based on your needs and current fitness level, we match you with one of our four core tracks: Focus, Essentials, Athlete, or Training

Clinical experience in post-op rehab, athletic performance, and women's pelvic health. Certified in pelvic floor therapy and functional return-to-sport training. Working with Alyssa gets you access to the best women's care.
